You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to
Rosetta Wines that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
We offer 3 shipping options via UPS:
- Ground Service - approximately 2-5 businss days in transit
- 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
- Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
UPS picks up from Rosetta Wines Monday-Friday at 5pm all items must be loaded into UPS approved packaging before being shipped.
All orders, including next day air and 2nd day air should be confirmed by phone before 11am to ensure that they are packed and ready for UPS.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states:
Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah.

Our shipping charges including next day air and 2nd day air do not include Saturday delivery, which is an additional charge.
Next day air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Second day air orders shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
There are times when we will be unable to ship due to adverse weather condition in the New York area. We will not ship if the weather conditions are too hot or too cold. We cannot be responsible for accurately judging weather conditions in other parts of the country.
If you do not want us to ship with in 3 business days of you placing your order, you may request that we hold the delivery until you notify us that you would like us to ship your order.
We will only hold orders for a maximum of 30 days.
A computer generated confirmation email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Rosetta Wines is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors or omissions.
